What is the Commission Structure at POM Financial LLC?

At POM, we give best possible commission level to our agents/partners. we have a general guidelines for agents to get great contract. It is only based on production volume. What trainings available at POM Financial LLC?

Agent training is very important. At POM, we conduct monthly boot camp training for agents new to our firm. The boot camp teaches all aspects of the business including products, sales techniques, lead generation and business development. There are also one on one training from upline managers through phone and/or on the fields. Other products training is available through our insurance carriers. You can download the contract paperwork from the "Agent Contract Download" menu. Fill out and fax it to 248-247-1380. Someone will contact you. You may talk to one of our reps to enable you to access the protective area of the website for training on selling and products.
