POM Financial LLC is an insurance IMO/NMO. It recruits agent nation-wide. The followings are descriptions on what you can expect from this website as well as from POM Financial.
1. The carriers we represent - On menu Product - Life products, you would see the main carriers we represent.
2. Contract paper downloads - On resources menu, you would find agent contract download, you can see a list of companies we represent. Just click the download and the contract paper should be viewed and downloaded.
3. Agent training - On resources menu, you would find Agent training. there are only a few items for public view. Most of the training materials require login. As a registered agent, you would have access to vast training materials including videos, audios, selling systems, manuals etc.
4. Agent illustration software download - You will have access to the illustration software once you logged in as a registered agent. The menu is hidden under resource menu.
5. Registration - You can self-register on the left menu to access the protective agent area once you are sponsored by a POM agent. Call 248-648-1219 x5 if you have any questions.
6. Commission - Commission will be paid directly from Carriers, not from POM. Commission rate in POM in general is higher than most of the agencies. Commission is based on production only, either personal or team production.
7. Promotion - Promotion is based on production only, either personal or team production.
8. Training - Training is provided through a few channels, one on one, carriers seminar/webinar, POM seminar or monthly boot camp and training audios/videos. There are more than 10 hours of videos available on POM website. You have to be registered for viewing.
9. Establish your own agency - POM will treat your own agency as a partner to POM. All associates of POM can establish their own agency and their business belongs to them. POM will help those who want their own agency to get started.
